1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PBI Portal platform (https://www.pbiportal.com.br), operated by EXCELVERTON & TATHI CONSULTORIA LTDA (CNPJ: 61.424.364/0001-93), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

PBI Portal is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that offers:

• Business management tools
• AI-powered automated customer support via WhatsApp
• Financial control and reporting
• Customizable page with your own subdomain
• Payment processing via Mercado Pago
• Optional social media automation (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

3. Registration and Account

• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering
• You are responsible for the security of your password and account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Plans and Payments

• Payments are processed securely by Mercado Pago
• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No prorated refund is offered for the remaining period after cancellation
• Prices may change with 30 days prior notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Reverse engineer or copy the software
• Intentionally overload the servers

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks and content of the platform are the property of EXCELVERTON & TATHI CONSULTORIA LTDA. Your data remains yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect losses.

8. Social Media Integrations

PBI Portal offers optional automation for publishing to social networks (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). By connecting a social media account via OAuth, you authorize PBI Portal to publish content on your behalf, according to the permissions granted.

• You are solely responsible for the content published through the platform, including its compliance with each social network's community guidelines.
• The connection with TikTok uses the official Login Kit and Content Posting API, in compliance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
• You may revoke authorization at any time, either through PBI Portal (Settings → Integrations) or directly in the social network's settings.
• PBI Portal does not use social network data for purposes beyond the automated publishing functionality — see the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Jurisdiction: São Paulo/SP.
