This page explains how to request deletion of personal data processed by PBI Portal, including data associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or Meta integrations.
Data we may process
- Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp contact voluntarily provided by you
- Company, project type, request description and support messages
- Technical usage data such as IP address, browser, access logs and session data
- Authorized integration data such as account, page, channel or profile identifiers
How to request deletion
Send an email with the subject “Data deletion” to:

Applicable deletion requests are processed within five business days. You will receive a confirmation when the applicable data has been deleted.
